3. Scope and purpose of data collection, data storage, data processing and deletion:
We proceed according to the minimization requirement. This means that we only collect,store and process personal data that are absolutely necessary for the operation of the online offer (website), the contacting and processing of possible inquiries or bookings.
The use of the website is basically possible without the input of personal data or the creation of a user account. Excluded from this is your IP address (see 3.1), which is transmitted for technical reasons and possible personal data that is collected in the process of usage tracking (see 3.6).
3.1 Transmission of IP addresses:
The transmission of your IP address to our server is unavoidable for technical reasons. Without this "communication" between the server and your IP address, the website can not be displayed (Art.6 No.1 GDPR). IP-addresses are stored in the log files of the server and deleted cyclically, automatically. It is not possible for us to identify your person via your IP-address.
3.2 Use of the forms:
We provide forms on our website for contacting or inquiring about services offered. These forms are explicitly designed so that only the
information necessary to process the request must be filled in and transmitted. The transmitted data is stored and processed accordingly.

The transmission of the entered data is only possible if you agree
with the processing and storage of your data before you forward your request (consent before transmission).

5.1 Social media shortcuts:
Our website does not contain any social media plugins (widgets from Facebook, like buttons, share or recommendation buttons, Twitter widgets, etc.) that automatically collect personal data when you visit our website or actively use these links.
Our social media appearances can only be reached through simple links (links, hyperlinks). If you visit our social media sites through these links, personal information may be transferred to the provider. In this case, the privacy policy of the respective social media provider apply.
5.2 Google Adwords - Conversion Tracking:

We use Google AdWords or Conversion Tracking to measure the performance of our ads on Google search pages and to improve our offerings.
